MARGARET BERNARD, Ph.D., is Senior Lecturer with the Department of Computer Science and the Deputy Dean (Graduate Studies and Research), with the Faculty of Science and Technology, The University of the West Indies. She has been in the profession of teaching at university level for more than three decades. Dr. Bernard has taught courses in Database systems at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels at the University of West Indies, St. George’s University in Grenada and at the University of Central Florida in USA. She is also the lead investigator in a research project, ‘AgriNeTT’ which focuses on Open Data and building mobile apps for farmers. She has contributed chapters in the books based on computer technology in education. She has also received an award in the Software Systems category under the “Prime Ministers’ Awards for Innovation and Invention”. Dr. Bernard is also a member of the Caribbean Academy of Sciences and UWI representative on LACCIR (Latin America and Caribbean Collaborative ICT Research).

Her research interest includes E-learning and Educational Data Mining.

R.S. Rao, Ph.D., is Professor, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Madanapalle Institute of Science & Technology, Madanapalle.
He received his B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from College of Engineering, Andhra University, Waltair and M.E. in Microwave and Radar Engineering from College of Engineering, Osmania University, Hyderabad. He obtained Ph.D. in EM Field Theory from JNT University Kakinada, Kakinada. He has more than fifteen years of teaching experience and ten years of industrial experience. He is active member of several professional bodies, including Indian Society of Technical Education, Biomedical Society of India and Society of EMC Engineers (India).
Dr. Rao is also the author of Electromagnetic Waves and Transmission Lines, published by PHI Learning, and has also co-authored another book titled Antennas and Wave Propagation.

NARENDER L. AHUJA is Professor of Finance at Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad. He is a Fellow/PhD from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and has done the Global Colloquium program of Harvard Business School, USA. He has 40 years’ eclectic experience of teaching MBA/PGDM and ACCA (UK) courses at leading institutes including IIM Calcutta, XLRI Jamshedpur, ICAI, Faculty of Management Studies (Delhi University), International Management Institute New Delhi and others. S.A. KELKAR, PhD. (Michigan, USA), is Former Adjunct Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. He has over 40 years of teaching experience in the field of software engineering, information systems, and related subjects. He is also a Visiting Faculty at several educational institutes in Mumbai. Besides, he has worked with reputed organizations such as Tata Consultancy Services, Aptech and Voltas.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR(s)
Joshua Earnest, Ph.D., is Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, National Institute of Technical Teachers’ Training and Research (NITTTR), Bhopal. He has about six years of industrial experience and thirty years of teaching and training experience. Besides being a trainer–educator of engineering teachers at the university and tertiary levels, he also trains executives of the industry.

His expertise is not only in the area of wind power but also in the other fields of engineering education. He has been the convener of India’s First International Wind Energy Conference at NITTTR, Bhopal in January 2006 and later in 2011 as well. Besides being a guest professor for wind power at Gotland University (now Uppsala University), Sweden, he has been the online wind power education resource person to CEPRI, China. Since 2009, he has been the wind power resource person for LIFE Academy, Karlstad, Sweden, University of Namibia, Windhoek and for other organizations too. He has also to his credit a considerable number of papers and articles published at the national and international levels.
